1. Event Tickets Pricing

a. The price of each event ticket is determined based on venue, artist, and category (e.g., general admission, VIP).
b. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes and processing fees, unless otherwise stated.
c. Additional convenience fees and payment gateway charges may apply, which will be shown at checkout before completing the purchase.

a. Prices for merchandise (physical products) and digital downloads (such as exclusive content) are set based on product value, demand, and production costs.
b. All prices are subject to applicable taxes, shipping charges (for physical products), and platform fees, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
c. Digital products are non-refundable once purchased unless a technical issue prevents access.

We accept payments through Razorpay's secure gateway, including:
a. UPI & Digital Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
b. Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, etc.)
c. Net Banking (across major banks)
Once payment is completed, an order confirmation and invoice will be sent via email.

a. If a pricing error occurs due to a system glitch or mislisting, KAQI Entertainment reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
b. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price at the time of purchase will remain valid for that transaction.
