Policy

KAQI Entertainment follows a strict cancellation and refund policy to ensure fair and transparent handling of orders for event tickets, physical products, and digital products.

1. Event Ticket Cancellations & Refunds

1.1 Cancellations by KAQI Entertainment
a. An event may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:
- Government restrictions or venue unavailability
- Artist cancellations or technical failures
- Force majeure (natural disasters, emergencies, etc.)
b. If KAQI Entertainment cancels an event, a full refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.



1.2 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

1. All event tickets are non-refundable once purchased. 2. If a ticket holder is unable to attend, they may request a ticket transfer to another person, subject to approval. 3. Refunds will only be considered in case of duplicate transactions or accidental purchases, and requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event.



1.3 Event Rescheduling

1. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the original ticket remains valid for the new date. 2. Customers unable to attend on the rescheduled date may request a refund within the specified timeframe mentioned in the rescheduling notification.



2. Physical Product Cancellations & Returns

2.1 Order Cancellations
- Orders for physical products can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
2.2 Return & Replacement Policy
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery, along with proof (images/videos).
- Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification, and returns must be in original packaging and unused condition.
- Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or incorrect product selection.



3. Digital Product Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 No Refund Policy
- Digital products (such as downloadable content, exclusive recordings, or digital passes) cannot be refunded once purchased.
- If a digital product is inaccessible due to technical issues, customers may contact support for resolution or a replacement.



4. Refund Processing & Disputes

4.1 Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking policies.
4.2 Payment Failures & Chargebacks
- If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
- Unauthorized transactions or payment disputes should be raised with Razorpay support or the respective bank.
