In October 2025, a journey began - not just across cities, but across emotions,
traditions, melodies, and memories. It wasn’t just a tour. It was a musical
pilgrimage.
A ghazal whispered in Ahmedabad, a folk story narrated in Shimla, a sufi sigh
exhaled in Delhi, and a classical raga blooming in Bangalore.
And at the center of it all - stood a voice.
A voice that could hold silence, carry longing, and make poetry breathe.
The voice of Snehdeep Singh Kalsi.
📍 Natarani Amphitheatre - 10th October
It all began where it mattered most - home.
Ahmedabad welcomed him not as a performer, but as a son returning with
stories.
Under an open sky, in a heritage amphitheatre wrapped in history and culture,
Snehdeep’s performance felt less like a concert and more like a conversation
between generations.
With Raag Des echoing through the evening breeze and Ranjish Hi Sahi touching
hearts, the audience wasn’t just listening - they were feeling.
It was the perfect beginning - rooted, nostalgic, sacred.
📍 Gaiety Theatre - 1st November
Gaiety Theatre, one of India’s most iconic cultural stages, witnessed something
rare - ghazal, folk, classical and mountain silence speaking to one another.
Here, the setup was stripped down. Just a harmonium, tabla, guitar and a voice
that felt like snow melting into poetry.
Shimla didn’t feel like an audience - it felt like a private evening of friends
who happened to be strangers.
Songs like Na Ja Balam Pardes and Aye Na Balam sounded different here, more
personal, more tender.
You could hear not just the music, but the space between the notes.
📍 The Piano Man - 2nd November
Delhi wasn’t a concert.
It was a mehfil disguised as a show.
Warm lights, stunning acoustics, wine glasses, hushed whispers and a crowd that
understood poetry - this evening had the soul of a classic ghazal night and the
elegance of a modern jazz session.
The full band came alive - Harmonium,, Keys, Bass, Tabla, Drums, Guitar - neatly
blending traditional mehfil charm with contemporary arrangements.
When Snehdeep sang Awargi, people didn’t clap - they exhaled.
📍 Fandom, Bangalore - 22nd November
Bangalore wasn’t just a closing show - it was a celebration.
Fandom, with its balance of intimacy and energy, became the perfect stage where
classical depth met contemporary vibe. Candlelit ambience, poetic narration,
audience interactions, live improvisations, and a charismatic band performance
turned the evening into an immersive experience.
From Mera Piya Ghar Aaya to Ka Karun Sajni, the audience swayed, sighed, and
sometimes cried - not because of the songs alone, but because of the emotion
they unlocked.
Bangalore didn’t just attend the show.
Bangalore felt it.
This wasn’t just about venues or tickets or stages.
It was a reminder that there is still space - and hunger - for poetry, for
silence, for real music without noise.
🔹 That Ghazal isn’t an “old” genre - it’s a timeless feeling.
🔹 That Sufi isn't a style - it's surrender.
🔹 That Classical isn't about rules - it's about depth.
🔹 That Folk isn't simple - it's deeply human.
And at the heart of it all, stood an artist who made people listen, pause, and
remember.
“This tour wasn’t about performing songs.
It was about performing stories.
Stories written long before us, and stories still waiting to begin.”
- Snehdeep
